Billing terms (RESIDENCE)

These billing terms apply to long-stay (RESIDENCE) bookings completed through HIVEN stay & Residence.
Security deposit and charges
By completing checkout you authorize a security deposit hold on your card. On check-in, the same payment method may be charged the first month's rent and enrolled in monthly billing until your scheduled checkout, as shown at checkout and in your booking details.
Billing portal
Card updates and invoices are available through the Stripe customer billing portal linked from My Bookings.
