Charges other than the selling price

In addition to the monthly rent and any security deposit shown for the booking, a service fee may apply when it appears on the listing and at checkout. HIVEN does not charge a cleaning or housekeeping fee. A complimentary one-time housekeeping visit is provided at move-in; further housekeeping is an optional add-on arranged through S.Y.K. inc. Rent includes electricity, gas, water, and internet. Even when no security deposit is shown, approved claims (unpaid rent, damage or loss, unreturned keys or access cards, extra cleaning or restoration) may be billed to the registered card. Payment method and timing

Residence bookings are paid by Stripe card. Unconfirmed checkout charges a Deposit only when the listing has one; otherwise it registers the card for later Occupancy check-in charge and monthly billing. A close-in Cancellation may add a Cancellation charge on that card. See /legal/billing-terms.

Timing of provision

The accommodation is provided from the check-in date of the confirmed booking.

Cancellations and returns

This is an accommodation booking, not a shipment of goods, so returns of physical products do not apply. Cancellations within 15 days of check-in may incur a Cancellation charge on the registered card, based on Occupancy check-in charge. Before check-in, changing dates follows the same close-in window.
