Charges other than the selling price

In addition to the monthly rent and security deposit shown for the booking, a one-time cleaning fee (first month) and a service fee may apply when they appear on the listing and at checkout. Rent includes electricity, gas, water, and internet. Standard move-out cleaning is covered by the listed cleaning fee; additional charges apply only for approved damage claims. Payment method and timing

Residence bookings are paid by Stripe card. At checkout the security deposit is charged (a real payment, later refunded when eligible). First-month rent is charged at check-in. Monthly billing then continues until the scheduled checkout. See /legal/billing-terms.

Timing of provision

Il accommodation is provided from the check-in date of the confirmed booking.

Cancellations and returns

This is an accommodation booking, not a shipment of goods, so returns of physical products do not apply. Cancellation and refunds depend on when you booked, days until check-in, and payment stage.
